THE HOUSE
Located in a residential area mainly consisting of single-family villas, close to all services (supermarkets, pharmacies, buses, schools), it enjoys a privileged position, which we, the owners and current residents, have loved since purchasing the land. In front of the entrance gate there is a public park with large lime trees, a quiet private road on one side, and on the back, which is the part we love most, a swimming pool and a garden extending for approximately 400 m. in depth.
THE ENTRANCE AND LIVING AREA
The house, of approximately 250 sq m, is very welcoming and warm and features a large, bright entrance hall that opens onto the living area consisting of a large living/dining room with an open kitchen to encourage conviviality with guests, a large living room, and a study. These very bright rooms with high ceilings (3.20 m.) deliberately facing south, all have French windows leading to the outside. The living room and living room access a porch where you can have lunch in spring/summer and comfortably sit on a small living room to enjoy the view of the garden and the pool.
THE SLEEPING AREA
From the entrance, 4 large steps lead to the sleeping area, consisting of two large double bedrooms, a children's/guest bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a room that we have converted into a walk-in closet but is already prepared to be, if desired, a second bathroom.
The double bedrooms have a parquet floor, are also high and airy, one with a view of the pool and garden, the other an internal garden and park.
THE SERVICES
Still from the entrance, you go down a comfortable staircase to a large room with two windows, which we use as a ironing/linen room, a fitness area with a tapirulan and exercise bike, but which could accommodate a bedroom.
Then you pass to the laundry room, equipped with a bathroom and shower and a garage for two cars.
THE TAVERN
It's a surprise! Modern and functional, welcoming for its soft colors and warm lights, as large as the entire living area, it is equipped with a modern kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, extendable table, sofa, TV.
We put a piano, which I enjoy playing, and we have given small concerts hosting more than 35 people. Christmas is then magical in this tavern, how many beautiful memories and what beautiful evenings!
THE POOL AND THE GARDEN
The swimming pool, recently built (mt.9x3.50), close to the porch, is very scenic in the context of the garden that forms its backdrop, and is equipped with lighting, jacuzzi, automated BLUEGUARD cover (Piscine Castiglione) suitable for both summer and winter, safe for children and animals.
The flooring around the pool is made of second-generation composite wood (Ultrashield by DECO) which requires no maintenance and is non-slip.
The garden surrounding the pool was created by a garden designer:
From spring to late autumn, there is a succession of blooms that makes the environment truly rewarding to the eye.
It is equipped with a suggestive automated lighting and irrigation system.
In a corner of the garden there is also a modern white house, which houses a storage room for tools and another bathroom for the pool with an external hot shower. A great convenience for guests and to avoid getting wet when entering the house.
