Residential complex under construction in Bornasco (PV), Via Ugo Foscolo, within a quiet and well-connected residential area, a few kilometers from Pavia and also easily reachable from Milan.

The real estate complex is spread over several stairwells and is made up of three main residential buildings on three levels above ground, as well as a basement, and is completed by a series of semi-detached and single-family houses in an advanced stage of construction. The entire area is surrounded by condominium green spaces and presents itself as a modern intervention with a residential vocation.

The main body of the intervention consists of a building divided into five stairwells (ABCDE), with a basement dedicated to cellars and garages, served by a perimeter corsello. On the ground floor there are commercial and office spaces with independent access, while the first and second floors house residential units of various sizes, all equipped with terraces or balconies.

The units under construction are partly in a more advanced state (scale bodies A and E), with radiant screeds, preparation of systems and installed fixtures. The remaining ones (BCD scale bodies) have an intermediate level of completion, with load-bearing structures and system arrangements already present, but without finishes. The basement, which houses the garages, is currently unusable due to the absence of drainage pumps, a condition that has caused water stagnation over time.

In addition to the main building, the complex includes two further buildings on three floors above ground, each divided into three apartments per floor. The apartments on the ground floor have an exclusive garden, while those on the upper floors have large balconies. The internal finishes are at an advanced stage: there are radiant screeds, electrical wiring, shaved walls and fixtures already installed.

To complete the intervention, several semi-detached and single-family houses are added, distributed in an independent lot: all the structures are built up to the roof, but require the completion of the systems, fixtures, internal finishes and secondary urbanization works.
