Built in 1935 and expertly renovated in 2010, the farmhouse has retained the charm of traditional Marchegiana farmhouses thanks to the recovery of original materials and attention to every detail.
The works involved the roof, with the recovery of original tiles, the consolidation of the floors, the creation of the foundations with igloo and ventilation system, the perimeter drainage and the complete renovation of the interiors. The structure is earthquake-proof and the external staircase has been completely rebuilt with load-bearing columns, lighter and safer for the building.

THE GARDEN
A lush garden of approximately 2,500 square metres, completely fenced and accessible via an automatic gate, surrounds the property.
