The furnishings are modern, very tasteful, and comfortable – for example with underfloor heating, fly screens on most windows, an interior staircase made of wood and metal, and partially white ceiling beams. Solid foundations and a floor slab were created as part of the reconstruction, the roof is ventilated and very well insulated.
