Villa Pepe is located near the town of Passo Ripe, in the province of Ancona, in the northern part of the Marche region.
The villa is located near the city of Senigallia, which is undoubtedly one of the most sought-after seaside resorts in the province due to its crystal-clear waters and soft sand, so much so that its beaches have been nicknamed "velvet."
Senigallia, however, is not just beaches and sea: there is also the opportunity to stroll through the city streets and admire the churches and beautiful monuments, such as the Rocca Roveresca, a symbol of military architecture from different eras perfectly harmonized with each other.
