The rooms are equipped with internal bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, and TV. Additionally, on this floor, there is a staff room, clinic/nursing room, assisted bathroom, and equipment storage. The areas, lacking natural lighting, are equipped with forced air suction systems.
The First Floor (P1) designated as a "Nursing Home for Self-Sufficient Elderly", for a total of twenty guests, consists of: n. 16 single rooms and two double rooms, all equipped with balconies. Each room is provided with a bathroom, air conditioning, heating, and TV. Additionally, there is a staff room and a service bathroom. The areas lacking natural lighting are equipped with forced air suction systems.
The Second Floor (P2) designated for "Collective Services", consists of a dining room, kitchen, pantry, waiting room, multifunctional room, hairdressing salon, worship room, and bathrooms. In the northern part, there is a terrace. In the southern part, there is a closed and covered terrace, on whose roof are the panels of the photovoltaic system.
The Third Floor (P3) is a terrace that serves as a flat roof. A part is covered with a wooden pergola with overlying photovoltaic panels (owned by third parties, as specified later, and therefore this system is not for sale). There is also the stairwell, with an elevator, and the thermal power plant outside of which are the inverters of the photovoltaic system.
All interiors have plastered and painted walls, while the bathrooms and kitchen are mainly tiled.
