The building, like all the noble palaces of Montefortino, preserves a well for the collection and supply of rainwater. It is split over four floors of about 1000 square meters where on the lower floors , there are cellars with vaulted ceilings, while on the1st and 2nd floors it is the habitable area where you can still admire frescoes on all the walls and ceilings as well as in the doors, adding an invaluable value.
Despite the restoration in 2001,the palace has been seriously affected by the last earthquake in 2016 , mainly in its strucutre but it will be restored with a non-repayable loan (more than 1 million€) ; time for completion of the works has been estimated in 18 months and they will start soon. The asking price would include a complete renovated , seismic-proof property with all frescoed door in solid wood, previously repaired and stored in a safe place ( which are worth more than 200k €)
