PORTO SAN GIORGIO - NORTH AREA - On the first hill of Porto San Giorgio, overlooking the sea, Villa Montana Rosati, a historic residence built in the second half of the nineteenth century by the will of Dr. Francesco Montanari, and surrounded by a valuable park of about 10,000 square meters with prevalence of native plants. DESCRIPTION AND BUILDING BEDROOMS: The type of building is determined by a main rectangular body - Villa Montanari - with 3 floors above ground of about 245 square meters each, an attic of 50 square meters and a basement of a total 172 square meters divided into cellar (118 square meters) and cave (54 square meters); and a secondary body - Casa della Servitù - with 2 floors above ground of about 180 square meters each, a basement floor of further 125 square meters and other buildings such as greenhouse, porch and courtyard as elements of connection between the two bodies described above, and finally a turret of 36 square meters used as an outbuilding. Villa Montanari Rosati is in fact, to date, in perfect state of repair and with it also the wonderful surrounding park characterized by the presence of an underground pool on the south side. LOCATION: Access from the SS street 16 via its tree-lined avenue, it makes it easily accessible from the motorway exits of Porto San Giorgio and Porto Sant'Elpidio, respectively 4 km away and 7 km away, or from the nearby train station just 2 km away.
