We are in a privileged position, with a panoramic view of the hills and the sea, just a few steps from the beautiful village of Montecosaro. The characteristic town is only 2 km away and is therefore also reachable on foot. The farmhouse is also only 4.5 km from the center of Civitanova Alta, 10 km from the motorway exit and 8 km from the sea. Finally, the beautiful and lively Civitanova Marche is 10 km away, which makes the farmhouse perfect even for tourist use.

Casale degli aranci was completely renovated in 2002, recovering original materials such as beams, bricks and floorboards. Foundations, roof, systems, etc. have been made. The condensing boiler was replaced less than 1 year ago.
The entire illuminated and almost completely fenced garden is 3000sqm, here we have various fruit trees, about 15 olive trees in production and a private well for irrigation. There is also a small carport and a garage with a technical room of about 40sqm.
