The farmhouse can be reached along a tree-lined avenue, which winds through the soft hills of Potenza Picena, a pretty town overlooking the sea and which sits on a hill at a height of 237 metres, just a few kilometres from the beaches of the Adriatic

Not far from the provincial road and from the town centre, it was restored in 2000, located in a panoramic position overlooking the sea. It has a solid and harmonious structure, built with great attention to the materials used and spread over two habitable floors, a basement, a large external porch and a large terrace on the first floor. The atmosphere is most elegant and relaxing.

The property consists of a house of 300 square metres with two annexes, giving a total of 70 square metres, with a garden of 3550 square metres.
The ground floor overlooks the garden through large windows which also serve as doors. From here you can enjoy the splendid views of the sea which enhance the beauty of the property There is a large porch of 30 square metres. The ceiling on this ground floor has wooden beams and the extremely bright rooms here allow splendid views of the outside panorama.

In the basement we find a laundry room, a cellar and a pantry.

Within the grounds there are two annexes of about 35 square metres each, one with a wood oven, Both of these require restoration.
