Location:
Great setting on the piazza of a small, picturesque hamlet amidst the wonderful, hilly landscape of the Le Marche.
Distances: Very charming villages (Barchi and Fratte Rosa) with shops, nice bars and good restaurants are located within a radius of approx. 3 to 6 km. The nearest larger town, Fossombrone, is about 14 km away and the Ancona International Airport is at a distance of 57.

Distance to the Sea:
About 25 km to the beaches near Marotta, between Fano and Senigallia.

Condition:
The artist's house is in good condition and immediately habitable. During minor renovations (e.g., new shutters, partial conversion of the ground floor, installation of a guest bathroom and central heating) care was taken to preserve the original charm of the building. Some of the typical wooden beam ceilings, a large fireplace, terrazzo and mattoni flooring and other small details are still present. The house is suitable as a permanent residence as well as a holiday home. Since the building has two internal staircases, it would also be possible to divide it into two apartments.
