Location:
Beautiful and quiet location on a small gravel road and surrounded by rolling hills and lots of Mediterranean flair. Due to the setting on a small hilltop you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. The interesting little town of San Costanzo is about 4 km away and offers shops, bars and restaurants. Other distances: Fano approx. 19 km, Senigallia approx. 20 km and to the Ancona international airport approx. 40 km.

Distance to the Sea:
about 8 km to the coast between Fano and Marotta.

Condition:
The building was completely renovated in 1996 and 2004, the used materials are of excellent quality and are partly valuable uniques. Extensive modernization work was carried out in 2020 and 2021 and the pool was realised.
