Ca Betino is a magnificent rustic property immersed in nature. We are just a few km from the towns of Sant'Angelo in Vado and Urbania, ancient-flavored Marche villages, where you will find bars, restaurants, schools and shops of all kinds. To reach Ca Betino, you travel along a municipal white road (only the last 150m are private) in excellent condition, which crosses the surrounding woods and hills. Once you arrive, you will be greeted by the scent of lavender and will be enchanted by the beauty of the panorama that forms the backdrop to the property. The biological valley in which the farmhouse is located is accompanied on one side by mountains and on the other by gentle hills, among which the beautiful Sant'Angelo in Vado can be seen. The farmhouse of approximately 200sqm dates back to around 1400, it was a ruin and was completely renovated starting from 2002. Currently it is used as a B&B and is divided into 4 apartments (two on the ground floor and two on the first), but it is a property that can be adapted to every need.
