Here, stone and brick tell over a century of life. In the early 1900s, the house was moved and rebuilt with the same materials from the 1800s, respecting the light, the land and the original soul of the place.

A GARDEN THAT TELLS THE SEASONS
It is reached by travelling along a 400-meter white road, which passes through small villages and slowly leads to the absolute tranquility of the countryside. A fenced garden of approximately 3,000 square meters houses centuries-old trees, a vegetable garden and a generous orchard: plums, apricots, figs, sloe, pears, apples and blackberries.
Cedar of Lebanon, cypresses, larches and hawthorns embrace the house in a green hug, creating a refuge where time seems to stand still.

THE HOUSE
The sun illuminates every side of the farmhouse for the entire day, filtering through the foliage and creating ever-changing atmospheres.
Inside, the ground floor houses a bright dining room with a brick kitchen, fireplace and handmade Tyrolean stove. A bathroom with shower follows, as well as an intimate living room and a study embellished with brick arches.
On the upper floor there are four spacious bedrooms – one with a fireplace – and a high and bright attic, perfect as further living space or storage room.

THE CHARM OF TRADITION
Finishes and materials speak of tradition: terracotta floors, exposed beams, restored antique doors, double-glazed wooden window frames and shutters. The roof was redone in 2002; the facade was sandblasted to bring back to light the original stone and bricks.
The property has a private well, municipal water, gas heating with a large cylinder, a large stable and a dispersion biological pit.
