The city is located 10 km from the east coast which is easily accessible in 7 minutes by car. More precisely, it is close to one of the two main seaside towns called Campomarino which is places at the boarder with Puglia. 

The other main seaside town close to San Martino in P. is called Termoli. This is a very well known town also because is the closest point for reaching the archipelago of Tremiti (40 min by boat): famous rocky wild islands coloured by a very sparkling and rich sea. 

The flat is kept in a very good state, the vintage tiles are made of various designs and each room has differen ones.
The penthouse is about 200sqm and has a dining room connected to a kitchen and to a small terrace (about 20 sqm) facing west, with a view to the hill and to the church tower of the village. The kitchen is connected to a tiny loggia with view to the west . 
The large living room and the bedrooms are facing east and connected to the big terrace (about 180sqm). 
The flat includes 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a storage room which is the farest point connecting the bedrooms area and the small terrace, mentioned before. 
The large living room opens up to a tiny vintage room with gaming table. 
At the very entrance of the building there is a big private space serving as a parking lot.
