Historic winery in Monferrato, located at the foot of Sacro Monte di Crea, in the municipality of Serralunga di Crea, a UNESCO heritage site.
Immersed in this colorful scenery, the estate covers a total area of 32 hectares at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level, surrounded by an evocative amphitheater described by vineyards of seventeenth-century origin.
Grapes are produced on an area of 15 hectares in accordance with a policy devoted to full human and environmental sustainability.
From the early 1970s until today, the winery has established itself as one of the leading producers of indigenous Monferrato wines, such as Barbera d'Asti, Barbera del Monferrato and Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese, earning national and international awards including I Tre bicchieri from Gambero Rosso, the gold medal from Decanter and many others.
The original and evocative 17th-century cellar constitutes the estate's barrique cellar, the historic core around which a modern body equipped with stainless steel tanks and state-of-the-art technology has developed over the years.
Completing the production part is a splendid commercial space with panoramic views of the estate's vineyards, ideal for tastings and high-impact private events.
The property features a majestic manor house with a private garden equipped with a swimming pool. From the rooms and tower there is a splendid view of the valley with striking glimpses of the Sanctuary.
In a separate building are 3 independent apartments.

The 'unusual altitude at which the vineyards are located, far higher than the average for the hills of Monferrato, allows the grapes to be able to grow in a happy microclimate, away from the winter fogs and frosts that are usually concentrated in the valleys.
