Description

Surrounded by hills covered in vineyards, in the municipality of Strevi, Valle Bagnario represents the "CRU DI EXCELENCE OF TERRE DI STREVI", always used for its aromatic vines of MOSCANY AND BRACHET, whose grapes are distinguished by the intensity of the aromas and the variety of the scents. The historic identity, combined with the modern oenological techniques of today, has enhanced the Moscato Passito della Valle Bagnario to the point of becoming, in 2000, a Slow Food Presidium, in protection of biodiversity and, subsequently in 2005, to obtain the recognition of the new "STREVI" DOC.
In this context we present a historic cellar with over 3 hectares of olive groves, 4000 square meters of freeisa and another 7000 square meters between chardonnay and mosquito, as well as the manor villa and all buildings for agricultural use.

It leads to the beautiful farmhouse by a municipal road that opens onto the courtyard, where immediately there is a structure that welcomes three garages, a huge warehouse of about 220 square meters, with approved project to develop another level, the living area on two levels and the period house with internal courtyard open to arches, really charming.
The part on the rest of the courtyard is in fact attached to another property, which is still divided by a wall and has absolutely nothing in common with the subject of sale.
