The project

The building needs total renovation but 1) the building drawings are totally up to date, 2) the old stables and haylofts have already been registered as “habitable” and 3) a building permission which includes the ability to create an amazing swimming pool has already been approved by the commune.

As you can imagine the current owner has incurred significant cost (more than Euro 25,000) and used an endless amount of time (more than 1 year) to get all the paperwork in order – so that the status is now such that a renovation / newbuild can start immediately.

While you as the new owner will have complete freedom to design the interiors to your requirements and taste the current owner’s vision making use of the associated building permit approval which includes rebuilding a ground floor residence for themselves, consisting of 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen / living area with all the necessary bathrooms, storage and technical rooms.
