Originally known as Cascina Cassanello, the estate was acquired around 1850 by the Cassanello family of Genoa, a noble lineage of landowners who established a prestigious winemaking tradition, producing the typical wines of the Piedmont region.
In the 1960s, the property was acquired by the current family, who continued the winemaking activity until the 1990s, before launching, in the early 2000s, an important project of restoration and conversion into a charming hospitality estate.

The property retains all the authentic charm of traditional Piedmontese residences.
The main manor wing, the oldest part of the estate, features magnificent interiors with coffered ceilings and original frescoed halls, as well as an elegant apartment on the upper floor.
