Welcome to Casa Meraviglia – a luxury home with a pool in Monferrato, a little gem in the heart of Piemonte’s wine country in Northern Italy. 
Here, among rolling hills and vineyards, you will find a 265 m² stone house with five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, a pool area with sun terrace, and a stunning view over the landscape. 
The pool is therefore very large—measuring 5 x 14 m—so you can actually swim in it! The pool is 110 cm deep at one end and 200 cm at the other. Naturally, there’s an outdoor shower by the pool for rinsing off.
The house is located in Monferrato (AT) in Piedmont on a 13,000 m² plot with Barbera vines around 40 years old. The area is known for wine production, and the view from the house stretches over vineyards as far as the eye can see. Small villages sit atop the hills, and in the background, the snow-capped Alps, including Monte Viso and Monte Rosa, can often be seen in the early morning when the weather is clear. The house’s terraces and pool area offer a spectacular 270-degree view, and even though Canelli is only 3 km away, the vineyards can be enjoyed in peace and quiet.
The house has a total of 265 m² spread over the ground floor, first floor, and utility room. On the ground floor, there is 1 double bedroom with access to the garden, 1 bathroom with garden access—making it convenient for use when at the pool—a living room with fireplace, a combined kitchen and dining area, and a temperature-controlled wine cellar.
From the kitchen and dining area, there is direct access to the house’s terraces/portico.
On the first floor, there are 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms range from 14 to 18 m². All bedrooms are fitted with insect screens. All bathrooms have 2 sinks, a shower, a toilet, and a bidet. The 25 m² utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and more.
