The estate extends over approximately 15 hectares of land cultivated with organic methods, of which 10 hectares are vineyards. In the organic cultivation of the vineyard, the use of synthetic chemical products or herbicides is not permitted. For this reason, the correct management of the soil and weeds is very important with timely interventions to work the land to improve water management in particularly dry years.
The company's main grape variety is Barbera.
The cellar has a size of approximately 1350 square meters and is registered as a rural building with a surrounding courtyard, surrounded by vineyards.
The building is a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure with a double pitched tile roof and is divided into two floors and a basement.
The basement with independent driveway access is intended for a cellar (approximately 320 m2) for winemaking with refrigerated and non-refrigerated steel vats and wine storage, which connects to the fully refrigerated barrel cellar (approximately 180 m2) which is entirely underground. The barrel cellar roof is a driveway attic even for heavy vehicles.
A freight elevator and a stairwell lead to the ground floor.
The ground floor is intended for approximately half of its extension to store agricultural machinery and for use as a workshop, it is full height with exposed reinforced concrete beams: approximately 185 m2 (approximately 5.50 m high at the springer and 7.30 m at the ridge).
In the other half of the ground floor, with independent driveway access, there is the bottling room (65 m2), a storage room (20 m2) and a bathroom.
Stairs and lift lead to the first floor which has a mezzanine used as storage (approximately 35 m2) overlooking the floor below and then there is the reception area with tasting room, office and warehouse (140 m2).
On the north side of the building there are 2 iron canopies with tiled roofs.
A large square of about 900 m2 surrounds the cellar and is paved with interlocking blocks
