The current owner bought this place a few years ago and has since then meticulously modernised and upgraded this relatively large property so that it now serves both as their cosy private home but also as a highly popular 4-unit guest accommodation where their guests can escape their busy life.

The property itself is an old classic Piedmontese Farmhouse where the owners have skilfully created a great balance between new and old which provides a great ambience with all the modern comforts you would expect.  

The private section is in the centre of the property and laid out over two floors with a central staircase. One the one side of the staircase you find a new and spacious country style kitchen / dining room with a storage area and a toilet at the back. On the other side of the staircase, is a cosy living room with high ceilings and a beautiful ceramic wood burning stove.

On the first floor the owners have created a large modern bathroom plus two larger than normal bedrooms one with access to a large classic Piemontese balcony with great views. The guest accommodation is located on the westerly- and easterly- hand side of the private section and includes a total of 4 bedrooms.  Both areas have been completely renovated and are full of classic features such as e.g.  visible wooden roof beams, terracotta ceiling, original tiles and wonderful views of the surrounding landscape.

The ground floor also features a cosy, private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.  This room is ideal for those who want to avoid using stairs. 
On the first floor you find 2 charming en-suite bedrooms; one with an adjacent lounge area and access to a large private terrace from where you can enjoy the surroundings in total privacy.
The second en-suite bedroom also benefits from a lovely bathroom, access to a charming Piemontese balcony and, of course, fantastic views.

In addition, you will find - on the ground floor - a charming country kitchen as well as a wine cave with visible stonework and which has been converted to a multifunctional library / relax / dining area – all available for the guests. Historically the guests have really appreciated the availability of the kitchen as well as the multifunctional room in which they are served breakfast or aperitivo.

The easterly section includes 1 bedroom
At the other end of the property – and on the first floor - you find an absolutely charming bedroom with en-suite facilities. With high terracotta ceilings, wooden beams and original floor tiles this is a truly romantic suite.

All these 4 bedrooms have air conditioning and different styles which clearly reflects the owner’s good taste and ability to mix modern comfort with the history of the old farmhouse.

In addition to the private and guest areas the property also includes various utility and storage rooms used by the owners. The property has some future development potential as there are multiple options for building a swimming pool. Ideally this would be constructed below the garden / gravelled area where there is ample space for surrounding terraces and BBQ areas - while keeping these somewhat away from the private and guest quarters.
