This property is located just outside the busy market town of Nizza Monferrato and in the core UNESCO World Heritage zone.

The land included in the price consists of a private driveway and a large flat piece of land surrounding the two buildings. However, most of the land is actively used for the production of Barbera, Cortese and Moscato grapes. The current owner has recently uprooted a piece of the Barbera fields and will plant Nebbiolo grapes in the spring of 2024. At present all the grapes are sold to various cooperatives in the region.

All the vineyards are connected and easily accessible. Likewise, all the vineyards will allow for the maintenance and clearance to be done by tractor / cingolo which makes maintenance very efficient.
