The area lacks nothing in terms of nearby attractions: Oropa Sanctuary, Europe's longest glacial morrain, roman remains, lakes and rivers, Grand Paradiso National Park along with the ski slopes and mountains of Valle d'Aosta (Mont Blanc, the Matterhorn and Monterosa to name but a few) are all accessible on day trips. The French and Swiss borders are also within easy reach and the Ligurian seaside is 2.5 hours away. Several footpaths pass right through the village, including the increasingly popular Cammino d'Oropa.
On the ground floor the house comprises a large entrance hall, a capacious dining/living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a laundry room; the latter having access to the double garage.
