The Agriturismo, founded in 1994 and subsequently expanded, is located halfway between the truffle capital, Alba, and the Mediterranean coast around Savona. Home of the white truffle and the best wines in the world, this region between the Riviera dei Fiori and the Italian Maritime Alps is appreciated by both gourmets and tourists and is 50 km from the sea. The hilly Piedmont area, the "Langa", invites you to explore the area and its picturesque towns. The Ligurian Riviera is within easy reach, as are the cities of Turin, Genoa or Savona.
Cortemilia (CN), the place where the structure is located, is a small medieval village in the heart of the Alta Langa, a stone's throw from Alba, immersed in the green hills, among hazelnut groves and vineyards, an ideal place for those who love outdoor sports open air, contact with nature, good food and good wine. Cortemilia is the home of the best hazelnut in the world, the Tonda Gentile, together with a glass of Alta Langa, excellences of our territory.
In the vast property of 3,800+ sqm of accommodation and 167,000+ sqm of land, the main buildings and land are divided into 2 LOTS, which can also be sold independently.

LOT 1 (rent-to-buy is a possibility)
