The large, structurally restored main rustico is the former stable with overlying hayloft. Together with two adjacent porticos it forms a single “L”-shaped building.

Across the courtyard there is a second portico- type storeroom, and finally a small stone shed adjacent to the house.

It is possible to transform the formerly agricultural buildings into habitation in accordance with local building code and zoning regulations.

The homestead is located centrally on the land which extends over 9.5 hectares (5.5 hectares of woods and 4 hectares of plough land). The land is bordered by the stream and is not steep. The houses are at a distance from the streambed in a slightly elevated position and thus safe from possible flooding.

The genuine houses exude a lot of charm while the tranquil surroundings ensure undisturbed peace. The closest villages with local eateries and shops covering basic necessities are Feisoglio at 2 kms and Bossolasco at 8 kms.
