We are in the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its typical wines, truffles and much more.
Halfway between Neive and Santo Stefano Belbo, two of the best-known locations in the area, we find the town of Mango, a beautiful village spread over a series of hills at 500 meters above sea level, dominated by an imposing castle and the setting of Beppe Fenoglio's novels.
