The second building, measuring approximately 180 m², is on two floors, with large windows on both sides, looking out over the valley and the hillside. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen, bedroom with bath, shower and bathroom. Between the kitchen and the bedroom there is a large atrium where an elegant and modern staircase in wood and iron leads to the upper floor where there is a large living room with a fireplace from which there is a lovely view. The third building (approx. 170 m²) can be used as an annexe or a possible dwelling for the caretaker and consists on the upper floor of a small flat with bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen and an office. On the ground floor there are some rooms, still to be renovated, which could be used as a laundry, cellar and storage room, and if desired there is still space for a sauna. Adjacent to the buildings there is also a swimming pool.
