All the bedrooms are of generous dimensions, especially the first one slightly bigger, and each one has its own exits on the balcony that faces the courtyard.

As previously mentioned, the apartment was renovated and both the bathrooms and the kitchen were rebuilt.
The heating system is independent, therefore you will pay just what you will actually consume.

Currently the apartment is used as an airbnb and it allowed the owner to earn around 1.960 € per month in 2023, without counting the month of December, notoriously the most proficuous one.
