Regarding materials and finishes, natural and traditional materials are used wherever possible to better integrate the project into its surrounding environment. Specifically, traditional natural stone cladding is planned for the exposed sections of the basement and the garage access area. The rear volume and part of the ground floor will be clad with horizontal wooden slats, maintaining their natural color. The remaining walls will be finished with sand-colored plaster. The central portion of the roof will be flat, with a raised parapet covering the planned solar panels required by law. The roof of the living area will be curved, clad in stone-gray aluminum sheets, while the chimney stacks and sheet metal will be copper. The windows and doors will be made of light-colored natural wood. The planned parapets and pillars on the ground floor will be made of iron with a dark gray finish. Furthermore, the project highlights the primary goal of the building to be constructed with measures that ensure low energy loss and high acoustic comfort through the use of generous thermal insulation and insulating windows with low-emissivity glass for high noise reduction. To maximize the sustainable use of energy resources, an integrated solar/condensing natural gas generation system was chosen, all of which contribute to achieving high energy performance in the apartments.
