Villa MANZARI, a nineteenth-century residence, one of the last testimonies of Parco d'Incuria, an ancient district of Bari.


Historical building dating back to 1890, perfectly preserved, which still today maintains its constructive origin with elegant loggias and a double flight of lateral stairs interspersed with stone planters.


The neo-Renaissance style building is divided over two levels also connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor was once intended for farmers and the first noble floor was intended for landlords.


The internal distribution of the rooms of the main body, both on the first and second floors, is typical of the construction period with a large reception room at the entrance and a series of other rooms surrounding and connected to it, all characterized by high vaults .


On the side of the building, a former coach house and the old area used for the stable, today they are large and lived-in spaces for organizing large parties with family and friends.


From the terrace the panoramic view extends to 360° until you catch a glimpse of the sea.


The garden, characterized by luxuriant vegetation, is crossed by a long tree-lined avenue, which leads to a hemicycle square of chianche on which the house stands, which extends on the rear part of the building with walkways that reach deep into the large land of approx. 20,000.00 sq m. where we meet olive trees, figs, pomegranates, mulberries, palms and blue jasmine.


Still outside, a series of citrus groves, pergolas, a wood-burning oven and ancient stone-paved farmyards, places used today to spend the hottest summer evenings in company.
