In Molfetta, in the Borgo Antico and close to the Cathedral and the port bend, stands Palazzo De Luca, one of the oldest buildings in the town. In fact, it dates back to the 18th century and both inside and out it is possible to admire the constructive and ornamental features of the time, such as balconies, columns, cross vaults and also with stone and exposed beams, in addition to the majestic eighteenth-century door.
Do not overlook the presence of the Chapel of S. Giuseppe erected in 1645 by the will of an ancestor of the current owners.


Palazzo De Luca has 2 entrances and is spread over 4 surfaces.

On the entrance floor, reception hallway with cafeteria, two event rooms as well as the large kitchen.
The first floor is made up of 6 rooms of different sizes all adorned with wonderful period frescoes as well as hallways and services.
The second floor consists of a ballroom that can accommodate up to 130 people.
On the top floor there is a splendid suite with services and a beautiful Jacuzzi.
The connection between the various floors is entrusted to an elevator as well as to a splendid internal courtyard from which you can reach both the balcony and the large roof garden, or equipped terrace, if you prefer, to be able to enjoy the suggestive views of the port or the square of Molfetta.
The property is used as a restaurant business and has always housed one of the most renowned restaurants in the region.
