THE INTERIOR: Villa Stella Adriatica is divided into three independent bodies that allow for maximum privacy. The first body has a large living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms each with en suite bathroom. The second body has an entrance hallway, a living room, two bedrooms also with en suite bathroom. The third body consists of a storage room with bathroom with a separate entrance and a bedroom with bathroom with a separate entrance. The rooms open onto the well-kept, lush garden and the swimming pool, as well as allowing plenty of natural light to flood the rooms. All the furnishings are designed by interior designers, and the supplies are signed by the excellences of Italian design: such as flexform and flos, which enrich each room with personality and refinement. The finishes are of the highest quality, with trani stone on the floor, laid in opus incertum, which rises to characterise the bathroom coverings. All appliances are of the best international brands, such as Miele and Alpes, as are the electrical components and the integrated and ducted heating and cooling systems.

The villa has solar panels for hot water, a gas tank for the kitchen, predisposition for a photovoltaic system, a generator with a power of 30kw and a 15kw current stabiliser, an uninterruptible power supply, an artesian well for water supply, two cisterns, one of which is for collecting rainwater and one for the well, and an automatic irrigation system with sensors. The villa is completely fenced with dry stone walls and a double fence with a hedge adorned with a magnificent jasmine. The house is perfectly secure thanks to a perimeter and internal alarm system with video surveillance that can be controlled directly from a mobile phone.
