Nestled in the countryside of Francavilla Fontana, only 10 minutes to dowtown, 5 minutes to highway SS7, 25 to 30 minutes drive to Brindisi Airport. We are equal distance to the Ionic and Adriatic seas.
If privacy is what you looking for, this is it.    The house was totally remodelled, new electrical, new plumbing,  new inhoff septic tank. There is a water well. Water has to be brought in to fill the well. Internet, and security cameras are installed. All the conveniences of the city without the noise and crowds.  The swiiming pool featured on the picture, is  above the ground pool that we use it only in the summers... it comes with the house.  The house comes fully furnished,  with exception of the living  room sofa.There is a wood burning fireplace, an open kitchen with a dish washer , walking closet, 1 full bathroom and one half bathroom with washer and dryer, two A/C mini split, one in the bedroom and the other in the living area.  Also a BBQ pit and a stone pizza oven.

'' There is no main water supply outside of the towns in most of Puglia. Nor is there any main sewage.  You'll probably need to pay for water to be delivered and stored in a “cisterna” or water tank. If you are lucky your property will have an artesian well. This property DOES NOT have an artesian well.  The water cost about 20 euros to fill the cistern, and It usually lasts about a month. The local  water supplier is about 5 minutes from the house.  

So, for many of you that keep asking the same question about the water, I think this explains it all. If that is a major concern for you, than you should look elsewhere other than the countryside in all PUGLIA. ''
