FORTIFIED MASSERIA A FEW MINUTES FROM THE SEA
The ancient "Masseria Piccina", which extends over a total covered area of about 640 sqm on a plot of land of 5.5 hectares, is now available for sale in the municipality of Otranto, approximately 2 km from the town centre and just a few minutes from the sea.
This fortified farmhouse has a massive, pyramid-shaped tower at its centre, almost ten metres high, around which the other buildings, once used for agricultural and pastoral activities in Salento, are arranged.
The ancient tower, which is the masseria's main architectural feature, covers 140 sqm and consists of a single room developed over two levels. The upper-floor room can be accessed via a staircase leading to a terrace within the thickness of the tower's walls.

The real estate complex has been designated as "area intended for tourist activities" in the current General Urban Plan. The building index is 0.10 sqm/sqm on a minimum plot size of 5 hectares.
The property is located just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Alimini and its stunning lakes, as well as the town of Otranto, along the provincial road 341 that connects Martano to Otranto. It is also 45 km from Lecce and 96 km from Brindisi Airport.
