Trulli complex with extension, garage and olive grove located in the center of the Itria Valley.

LOCATION: in an inhabited and panoramic area in the countryside between Martina Franca, Ostuni and Cisternino, easily reachable from a private asphalted road.
DESCRIPTION: it is a country house made up partly of trulli and partly of recently built lamie. The stone part includes 5 cones within which a large living area has been created, a kitchen, and a bedroom. In the part being expanded, there are two more comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Adjacent to the house there is a garage of approximately 25 m2.
CONDITIONS: the property was completely renovated several years ago, but is in excellent condition and one of the two bathrooms was recently redone. It would be advisable to redo the second bathroom and work on some details to make the house more characteristic, internally eliminating part of the plaster in the cones and externally eliminating the plaster on the main façade to bring back the exposed stone.
INSTALLATIONS: Inside the property, there is a cistern, but for water supply, there is a direct connection to the Apulian aqueduct water network. The septic tank was installed according to the old legislation and the heating is guaranteed by a system with radiators powered by a gas boiler and an 800 liter tank, which could be buried underground.
LAND: the property includes a portion of land in front of approximately 1500 m2, completely fenced and with ornamental trees as well as further land with an independent access of approximately 6000 m2 planted with around a hundred olive trees.
