Stazzo is a simple one level building, developed horizontally, with exterior walls cladded in rough local granite.
The internal layout of the villa, in perfect Costa Smeralda style, is rich in architectural details, reminiscent of specific styles of well-known architects going back to the Porto Cervo golden years. It incorporates masonry niches and small stone stairs leading to delightful alcoves in small mezzanine floors.
