This interesting structure, for hotel and restaurant purposes, is located in a strategic area in the municipality of Lanusei in Ogliastra, in the central east of Sardinia, on a plot of land measuring approximately 50,000 m2 and at 700 m above sea level, and characterized by views of the sea and surrounding countryside.
Immersed in the nature of its own private park, less than 5 km away. from the Selene forest where an archaeological complex is located including a nuragic village with huts and giants' tombs.
In a few minutes it is possible to reach, in addition to the wonderful and well-known Ogliastra beaches and the port of Arbatax, also the Gennargentu mountains, the upper lake of Flumendosa, the caves of Ulassai and the "Tacchi" of the Pardu valley, places and landscapes among the best known and appreciated in Sardinia.
The property consists of n. 4 buildings for a total of 77 rooms and 162 beds distributed between double, triple and family rooms, plus other amenities.
The free view towards the eastern coast of the island allows you to admire from almost all the rooms, from the restaurant room and from all the main rooms, a breathtaking, unique panorama, you can see with good clarity the Ogliastra beaches and the port of Arbatax, in a lower frame of green vegetation and in an upper blue one.
Body "B", which you encounter upon arrival, has a light V-shaped plan, is spread over two levels and is used as rooms, services, corridors and rooms for a surface area of 1172 m2.
Body "A" is the main complex with an "L" shape and is spread over 4 levels for a gross surface area of 3206 m2. It is the result of the union of two distinct bodies and is served as a lift for disabled people.
Inside this body are located the hall with the reception, the offices, the bar area and a covered veranda, an open terrace, a large restaurant room that can accommodate up to 300 seats, a meeting room, the kitchen with food preparation and handling room, the cold storage and warehouse area as well as the laundry, warehouse and a connecting portico as well as the bedrooms and common service bathrooms.
Both the hall and the restaurant have recently been renovated/expanded.
The "C" body with a "U" shaped plan is spread over two levels and is used as rooms, services, clearing, corridors and plant rooms amounting to 401 m2.
In the grounds of the hotel there is also a private chapel typical of the region, which is made up of a single room with a surface area of 39 m2. The hotel has a private water concession which alone provides water for the entire hotel.
