A wooden staircase located in the dining room allows access to the second floor where we find a spacious and panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy wonderful sunsets over the sea all year round. On the second floor there are also two large attic rooms with a recently built wooden ceiling with exposed beams, which can be used as storage rooms.
In the basement, also accessible from the inside, there are several rooms in the past being used as storage rooms for grain, wine, oil and wood, today partly used as utility rooms equipped with insulating doors to store the boiler and the oil tank for the central heating; the front part with car access from the main street (Corso Umberto), is characterized by very high ceilings enhanced by elegant arches and still keeps intact the old basalt stone floors; this part of the building, with the necessary changes, could be converted into a commercial room. The house is in good condition and is equipped with oil heating throughout the house.
