Cuglieri, old 18th-century dwelling with a unique charm and strong character, typical of the old manor houses of the time; at just 20 minutes to the most beautiful beaches of Oristano area, a stone’s throw from all the amenities, with views and entrances on two parallel streets among the most typical of this small town. In the basement, also accessible from the inside, there are several rooms in the past being used as storage rooms for grain, wine, oil and wood, today partly used as utility rooms equipped with insulating doors to store the boiler and the oil tank for the central heating; the front part with car access from the main street (Corso Umberto), is characterized by very high ceilings enhanced by elegant arches and still keeps intact the old basalt stone floors; this part of the building, with the necessary changes, could be converted into a commercial room. The house is in good condition and is equipped with oil heating throughout the house.
