Beautiful stone house in the historic center of the town with a double entrance overlooking two different streets, large size renovated ten years ago. The house is on two levels:
On the ground floor there is the living area: large entrance from which two well-proportioned rooms unfold, the eat-in kitchen on the right side where there is a splendid fireplace renovated last year, covered with stone bricks and redone chimney.
The kitchen is tastefully furnished and in line with the stone structure of the house.
From the kitchen you access the woodshed / garage where there is a very useful and functional wood-burning stove that performs the dual function of heating the entire house by powering the radiators and providing hot water to the kitchen and bathrooms, representing an excellent heating system for the house at a very low cost!
It is also possible to use it to cook excellent dishes thanks to the hob in the upper part and thanks to the presence of the oven it is possible to bake bread. In the same room there is also a small bathroom with shower on the right.
Returning to the corridor, on the left side there is a large and comfortable living room.
On the side of the corridor opposite the entrance door there is a large and functional closet and by walking along it you can access the upper floor with a staircase equipped with a wooden handrail.

From the terrace it is then possible to access the large attic that covers the entire surface of the house and which could easily be transformed into a splendid attic with a view of the mountains of the town.
The house is located in a hilly village in the heart of the Planargia at the foot of a forest very renowned for the presence of holm oaks and centuries-old oaks with a fauna rich in wild boars and deer with very suggestive landscape routes to explore on foot and by mountain bike enriched by the charm of the nuraghi, the numerous sources present in the area and highly sought-after prized mushrooms.
The village has a very respectable archaeological heritage!
Quiet and welcoming, it is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and harmony now unobtainable in the city.
The greatest presence of nuraghi per square kilometer of the whole of Sardinia is concentrated here.
Seneghe is also very well known for the production of excellent olive oil which has won numerous awards at a national level.
