This apartment at the first level of a house of the historical center of Ittiri (SS) is very close to shops, bars, and all the essential services. The house has been  built in reinforced concrete at the end of the 80s.

IIttiri is infact situated about 28 kilometers (25 min by car)  from  Alghero (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alghero) a historic town, with a population of 44.000 with an international airport. Alghero is placed   along a bay with several beaches, coves and natural parks.
Ittiri is also located about  15 kilometers (12 min by car) from the city of Sassari  (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sassari). Sassari with a population of 127.000  has a considerable amount of cultural, touristic, commercial facilities and it is equipped with modern health services and an ancient university.

Ittiri hosts several cultural events:
1)    Ittiritmi, the International Music and Ethnic Music Festival (first half of August).

2)    Ittiri Folk Party (third week of July) . International exhibition of popular music and folk dances, parade in the streets of the city, exhibition of antiques and typical local products.

3)     Prendas (jewels) de Ittiri (late March - early April), the fair of the agro-food products and  handicrafts.

4)    The biennial of trachyte (since 1994), exhibition of numerous sculptures in streets and squares.

5)    Rock 'n' wine (first week of July ) an event that combines a regional wine show (about 40 guest cellars) with the emerging rock band music of northern Sardinia.

6)    Cantigos de sos tres Re (last Saturday of December), an itinerant event on the hustle and bustle of ancient traditions.

7)    CantInCoro (Saturday before Christmas),  Sardinian Cori Traditional Show of Sardinia.

8)    Ittirese Carnival with parades and parties; Summer carnival .

9)    Field Day Coros, amateur-radio gathering (September at the Sanctuary of Coros).
