Beautiful Sardinian first floor apartment in the beautiful coastal resort of Porto San Paolo. Tavolara island . Completed in Tuscan stone, complete with air conditioning, large balcony with sofa and dining area . The apartment has one king size bed, two singles and a substantial sofa bed. Unusually for the first floor apartment, Bella Vista also boasts a small garden area .

We are lucky to have the services of a very reliable agent in Sardinia, who looks after the property and our guests. They are contactable at the times of our guests.

The apartment is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets , meaning that car hire is not essential. The beach is twenty minutes away on foot, or a five minute drive with plenty of parking. Crested wavesand then take a stroll on the pretty horse shoe shaped bay, with powdery white sands and translucent waters reminiscent of the Caribbean. Despite the cosmopolitan atmosphere of this popular sea side village, it has been completely bypassed by the world of mass tourism.

For golf enthusiasts, the nearest golf course is less than a 10-minute drive away. A view of the Emerald Coast and surrounding hills with a view of the sea. Porto San Paolo also has a large diving center.

The apartment is a 20 minute drive from Olbia with its shopping malls, markets and quaint old town. There is an equestrian center in the neighboring town of San Teodoro, where pony trekking takes place next to the world famous 'La Cinta' beach. Here, Flamingos, Herons and wild ducks thrive. Alternatively, explore the glittering coastline and the islands around the boat .... a day that will live in the memory for a long while! However if you prefer a more sedate trip to the island of Tavolara, you will be able to enjoy the ferry from Porto San Paolo regularly through the morning and afternoon.
