The house is located in via Grazia Deledda and is very close to the historic centre of Santa Teresa Gallura, where there is the beautiful beach called "La Rena Bianca" (with fine sand and crystalline water that make it one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy). All the necessary services are available by foot in 5 minutes from the house.
The two-storey house is set in a context of villas in the middle of a green a very quiet area.
The apartment is composed as follows:

N ° 1full equipped kitchen and 1 semi/equipped kitchen.

N ° 1 balcony for the living room (5 square meters)
N ° 1 small laundry room (on the ground floor - under the stairs - of 4 square meters)
N° 1 garage for the car (standard dimensions) ubicated in the courtyard.
Description of the house:
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by an external staircase covered in pietra serena (the surface of the staircase is 14 square meters), the last part of the staircase is covered with a light rainproof structure.
From the entrance that opens into the living / dining room you enter in the Middle Eastern style environment, with tapestries, prints, paintings and plaster copies of archaeological finds from the Mesopotamian period, where silent roosters and painted metal hens seem to be at ease, a fireplace with wooden beams inlaid by Sardinian artist makers, give the local presence in the environment; in a corner of a wall together with the copies of drawings by David Roberts of the Middle East, you find painted the Valle della Luna (one of the valleys of Capo Testa ), by an Italian painter who wanted to leave her testimony of her holiday in Sardinia.
In the large and voluminous ceiling warped with large chestnut beams, there seem to be other evidence of more recent history.
From the living / dining room a staircase reminiscent of those in which we played as children, leads to the loft / mezzanine where a double bed is placed, while from the windows between the roofs you can enjoy the view of the hills in front, where the song of the seagulls is the master, .... a small fireplace lit with wood is the witness in the long winter evenings.
The two double bedrooms overlooking the quiet and green Via Grazia Deledda, from where the sun rises, are served by a long outdoor balcony among the nearby trees.
The first is furnished with a Nathalie double bed by Flou (and designed by Vico Magistretti), with a fresh atmosphere and full of traveller’s memories, as is the second room also full of memories.
In the last white and bright room with large windows, the view is on the quiet and green courtyard, with the beds high up to the windowsill, where it seems to be suspended in the air.
The house is very breezy and cool, but sometimes the ceiling fans also participate in the competition to see who blows the most.
