By design choice, the biomass is directly present on site, as the production of the wood necessary to fuel the boiler can be found within the same property, thanks to the presence of a rich forest and undergrowth with different essences such as oak, holm oak, strawberry tree , eucalyptus; among the possible alternatives that can be used for energy purposes for heating are all those materials of mostly vegetal organic origin, coming from the wood supply chain with supplies external to the property such as pellets and peanuts.
The waste water discharge systems are conveyed into a special settling tank and naturally purified through phytopurification. Upstream from the estate there is also an artesian well which by "natural fall" supplies water to the house downstream; there are also 2 water storage tanks of 3,000 liters each (found drinkable following appropriate analyses).
