The flat, for sale due to transfer to another city for family reasons, has been finely restored, both in the disposition of the rooms, the living room, the eat-in kitchen and the bathroom, both from the point of view of energy efficiency. The living area is 305 m2, considering the 25 m2 veranda balcony on the internal side, which is also continuously air-conditioned and closed with the same material as the fixtures.

The apartment is very bright with a sea view (not very close, but the Plaja beaches can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car), and the context is an elegant condominium with concierge and two lifts.

The garage is comfortable and large (two parking spaces and additional space), with two condominium exits.

Furthermore, the property has two entrances and is designed to be divided into two independent apartments.
