The construction of modest buildings for changing rooms, equipment storage, and offices connected to the management of this activity is permitted to serve this activity. The area of these buildings may not exceed 1/300 of the area of the land with a maximum height of 4.5 meters and a setback from the boundaries and roads as previously determined. Changes of use prescribed by Article 73 paragraph 3 of L.R. 19/2020 and ss.mm.it are admitted in existing buildings in agricultural areas.
