All around then pizzerias, restaurants and many other places, guarantee to taste many good dishes in the company of friends or family.
But now let's enjoy a tour of the house: we enter through the gate and a large square surrounded by flower beds allows us to park several cars comfortably.
Through a staircase, we go up onto the porch which acts as an entrance to the villa and onto which some rooms overlook. Spacious and shaded, it is the ideal place to enjoy the sunsets in the evening.
We are welcomed by the living room in which the fireplace stands out in the corner. Let's sit down on the sofa and chat amiably, perhaps accompanying ourselves with some appetizers and a good glass of wine, or refreshing ourselves with a granita.
Adjacent to the living area, we find a very comfortable and bright kitchen that overlooks the terrace on the ground floor and the large garden behind the house, a favorite place for outdoor dinners and barbecues with friends.
We go towards the sleeping area, where there is no shortage of space for the whole family, two double bedrooms, one currently used as a sitting room, and a single bedroom as well as two bathrooms both with windows and with corner shower cubicle.
The interiors are in excellent condition, floors, windows, systems all in excellent condition and without any need for work.
But the space does not end here, an external staircase takes us upstairs where a large attic, now unfinished can satisfy all our ideas, it can become a new apartment for us, a hobby room, an office, it's up to you to decide.
Now let's walk in the garden, full of citrus and olive trees, a corner of nature all to ourselves. Let's turn towards the house from here let's scrutinize the other facade a thought pops into the mind, this is really the house for us.
