A splendid rustic villa of historical value located in the characteristic Ragusa coast of Sampieri and more precisely in Contrada Samuele, 500 meters from the beach of Punta Pisciotto. The structure consists of two buildings with independent access, the first is an ancient oil mill from 1901 that belonged to Baron Penna that has been well renovated and the second is a modern building. Entering from the main gate, is a large courtyard with an area where you can spend time outdoors. From the lounge, through a stone staircase, is access to the second level with a bedroom and bathroom. In the small courtyard is an outdoor laundry room. The floors and rooves of this structure have been recovered and treated, bringing back to light the stone and the beauty of the exposed wood.



The villa is complete with standard systems, equipped with water tanks, air conditioning and heating systems.
