Agricultural land in the countryside of Lentini (SR), contrada Catalicciardo, of 26 hectares divided as follows:

Production citrus grove 90,000 sq m
New planting citrus grove 22,000 sq m
Arable land 60,000 sq m
Fallow land 100,000 sq m
Derelict rural building of 75 sq m.

Together with the land, a drilled well is also sold, of which a quarter of the ownership is held (180 monthly hours, one shift every 4 days), with daily water availability. The depth of the well is 260 meters with a 60 Kw pump.

The land is flat, easily accessible by car and with a splendid view of Etna and the lake. It is in an early ripening area that is very suitable for both arboreal cultivation (citrus grove, olive grove, peach orchard, etc.), and for a possible Agriturismo development. It would indeed be possible to build a 330 sq m building to which the existing 75 sq m are added.

Technical data:
The production citrus grove consists of 3,950 plants of Moro cultivar on Troyer rootstock, planted in June 2016 with a planting spacing of 5x4. The irrigation system is divided into 4 sectors of two hectares each of approximately 1000 plants, with double drip lines of 2.4 l/h and a spacing of 40 cm. The sectors are all conveyed to a single point and controlled by solenoid valves with a 16-output control unit. Each sector is divided into two sub-sectors (which work simultaneously) with disc filters upstream of each. In the control unit, in addition to the solenoid valves, a venturi system for fertigation and an acid pump with a PH probe are installed. Underground passages and grafts are already prepared for an eventual fertigation bench.
The new planting was planted in March 2025, 1,250 plants of Moro cultivar on Volkameriano rootstock with a planting spacing of 5x3.5 and with the irrigation system indicated above.
