The prestigious building is located in a sunny position in the historic center of the town of Pieve Tesino TRENTINO, in the heart of the Tesino Plateau, at about 840 meters above sea level. The town, which was the birthplace of the famous Italian statesman and politician Alcide De Gasperi, rises on the southern slopes of Monte Silana, in the middle of the Lagorai mountain range, and is laid out on short terraces connected to each other by paved cross roads and bold granite steps.
The precious ex-Hotel building, which enjoys a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, was built in the late 1800s and presents the typical architecture of the Austro-Hungarian period. It was internally renovated in 1976 for the purpose of aesthetic beautification and adaptation to the market. The current owner decided to close it permanently in April 1992, after 30 years of consecutive activity.
The building has a total area of ​​about 2000 m2 and is spread over 3 floors, an attic and a basement. In the basement there is the kitchen, the disco, the ironing room and a large cellar.
